Hiring Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Altoona, Iowa

We are hiring Licensed Clinicians to provide virtual therapy services. Our goal is to ensure accessibility, quality, and integrity in mental health care. By equipping clinicians with strong support, we enable them to focus on client-centered care.

Role: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments to understand clients' social and psychological challenges.
• Provide therapy through one-on-one and group sessions using evidence-based strategies.
• Develop and execute treatment plans aligned with client needs.
• Support clients in navigating personal and social challenges.
• Promote advocacy and access to necessary resources.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Iowa LICSW license.
• Experience in nonprofit or related settings is an advantage.
• Strong grasp of trauma-informed care, social advocacy, and community support.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
