Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Oskaloosa, Iowa (Full-Time)

We are recruiting Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth services. Our focus is on ensuring accessibility, care integrity, and clinical excellence. By offering strong support, we enable clinicians to prioritize client well-being.

Role: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits.

Job Duties:

• Perform evaluations to assess client mental health needs.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Develop treatment plans to address client goals.
• Assist individuals and families facing life challenges.
• Advocate for client access to essential resources.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active Iowa LICSW license.
• Experience in nonprofit or similar settings is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and advocacy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
