Hiring! Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Minnesota City, Minnesota

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social work practices and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to clients.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer individual, family, and couples therapy to clients dealing with various emotional and psychological issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, using standardized and evidence-based tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state laws.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care that respects and honors the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities to continue growing your clinical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other state/federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Appropriate Minnesota License (LICSW) and ability to practice independently.
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to client care with a focus on cultural competence and understanding diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
