Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Position in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Now hiring an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapeutic support and guidance to clients. This role focuses on helping individuals develop resilience and improve overall mental well-being.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus a competitive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Adjust therapy approaches based on client progress.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Strong background in evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
