Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Virtual Therapy Role in Fort Dodge, Iowa

Position Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth evaluations to assess clients' mental and emotional health
• Conduct individual and group therapy using best-practice methodologies
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address clients’ needs
• Provide guidance and resources to individuals and families
• Advocate for clients and ensure access to essential support services

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Iowa LICSW license
• Experience in nonprofit or behavioral health settings is preferred
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and mental health advocacy
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
