Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

We are looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Marion, Iowa to provide exceptional mental health services. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals on their mental health journey, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 with comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded care.
• Engage in case consultations and professional development meetings.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about mental health conditions and available resources.
• Stay informed on current mental health research and apply evidence-based techniques in practice.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Iowa state.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy.
• Strong foundation in solution-focused therapy approaches.
