Full-Time Remote LICSW Position

We are hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Ottumwa, Iowa to join our team and help individuals and families navigate their mental health challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your expertise makes a real difference.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 with a full benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create targeted treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with a team of professionals to provide well-rounded support.
• Participate in clinical case reviews and team discussions to optimize care strategies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health treatment options and community resources.
• Incorporate the latest research and best practices into therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LICSW license in Iowa state.
• At least two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapy techniques, including solution-focused approaches.
