Hiring! Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Opportunity in Richland, Washington

We are currently seeking an LICSW to provide direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in need of support. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social work practices and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to clients.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' needs, presenting issues, and potential diagnoses related to mental health
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, including goals, interventions, and expected outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation under HIPAA regulations and state laws.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care that respects and honors the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients
  • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities to continue growing your clinical expertise
  • Coordinate with other service providers, community resources, and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care
  • Support clients in navigating systems and advocating for their needs

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Appropriate Washington License (LICSW) and ability to practice independently.
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to client care with a focus on cultural competence and understanding diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
