Now Hiring: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

Location: Oskaloosa, Iowa

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our outpatient clinic in Iowa. In this role, you will provide direct clinical services, offering therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination to individuals and families.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an in-person outpatient setting.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers.
  • Offer crisis intervention and make referrals to appropriate community resources.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with Iowa state regulations.
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education activities.

Requirements:

  • Active LISW license in Iowa, in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
