Full-Time LICSW – Make an Impact in Mental Health Care

We’re looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Vancouver, Washington to provide high-quality therapy services. Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

• Provide therapy using solution-focused and evidence-based approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Work alongside a team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health resources.
• Maintain ethical standards and accurate client documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LICSW license in Washington.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
