Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + full benefits

Key Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy through one-on-one and group sessions.
• Offer guidance and resources to clients and families.
• Work in collaboration with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Keep client records up to date and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Washington.
• Two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
