Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Join a Supportive Team

We’re hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Bainbridge Island, Washington who are ready to make a difference. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work with clients who need compassionate, solution-focused therapy.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to individuals and families.
• Assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Educate clients on mental health resources and coping strategies.

What You Need to Qualify:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Valid LICSW license in Washington.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health therapy.
• Ability to adapt and engage with a variety of client needs.
