Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with full benefits.

Your Role:

• Develop individualized treatment strategies to address client challenges effectively.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for clients in achieving personal development.
• Work closely with a collaborative team to provide well-rounded support.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized program.
• Valid LICSW license in good standing in Washington State.
• Solid experience in clinical social work, including client assessments and interventions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and virtual counseling tools.
