Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Telehealth Role Available in Oskaloosa, Iowa

Position: Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, including full benefits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and counseling to individuals facing life’s challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions using effective therapeutic techniques.
• Serve as an advocate by connecting clients to necessary resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care and progress.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW licensure within the state of practice.
• Experience in nonprofit or community organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care, advocacy, and resource coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
