Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Telehealth

Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment/diagnosis and psychotherapy to a wide range of patients as young as 12 up to geriatric age, that are appropriate for telehealth services
  • Use evidence-based screening tools with patients to screen and measure outcomes
  • Document in electric medical record the services that were provided, as well as, providing diagnosis and billing code for the encounter
  • Provide services via audio and visual two way communication platform
  • Abide by the NASW code of Ethics and all laws and regulatory bodies governing the practice location
  • Coordinate with clinical, health education, community health and other staff members in the provision of services to patients if necessary.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services.
  • Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Education: Graduate from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
  • Internship/Residency: Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
  • Experience: Minimum of 24 months experience within the last 36 months in performing evidence-based clinical treatment in an outpatient clinic or hospital.
  • Board Certification: Shall have national and/or state (required) approved and current board certification or board eligible certification in the specialty area in which they provide clinical services.
  • Life Support Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS Certification.
