Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Full-time opportunity

Position: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Location: Burlington, North Dakota
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

Our team is looking for an LICSW to join our growing team of behavioral health clinicians to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for patients holistically through their healthcare journey and ensuring needs are met with industry-leading interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy services for pediatrics beginning from birth through the age of 21 years old under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Treat the client through the use of therapeutic activities designed to restore function and self-care activities for improving function
  • Complete documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services
  • Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record
  • Implement occupational therapy services in accordance with physicians' plan of treatment
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards
  • Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice psychotherapy or counseling independently - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Active and unrestricted state license in North Dakota
  • 1+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date

Required General Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
