Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Position: Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Anacortes, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and support clients in navigating mental health and social challenges, with a deep understanding of Washington state laws and best practices in behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Active LICSW license in the state of Washington (required)
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and mental health best practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
