Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Fully Remote Position in Amherst, Massachusetts

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
What You’ll Do:
- Offer virtual individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and execute tailored treatment plans
- Work alongside a remote team to maximize client outcomes
- Ensure compliance through accurate record-keeping
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Two+ years of post-licensure experience
- Proven skills in assessments and treatment plans
- A focus on ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent care
