Now Hiring: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Remote
A full-time opening is available for an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide virtual therapy services to clients in Amherst, Massachusetts.
Job Highlights:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
Remote Practice Setting:
Utilize state-of-the-art telehealth tools to connect with clients while collaborating with an experienced team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain detailed, confidential records
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
- At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work
- Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
