Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Telehealth Role in Ottumwa, Iowa

We are expanding our team and hiring Licensed Clinicians for telehealth counseling. Our organization prioritizes accessibility, integrity, and delivering high-quality mental health services. By ensuring clinicians receive full support, we allow them to focus solely on patient care and clinical excellence.

Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine clients' social and emotional needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing best practices.
• Formulate and execute treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Assist individuals and families facing various mental health challenges.
• Advocate for client welfare and access to community services.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Iowa.
• Previous experience in nonprofit or similar settings preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and social justice issues.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
