Full-Time LICSW Needed – Virtual Role in Coralville, Iowa

Our team is adding Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth therapy. We emphasize accessibility, care integrity, and high-quality mental health services. Our clinicians receive full support, allowing them to prioritize patient well-being.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client needs.
• Offer therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans.
• Provide guidance for clients managing life challenges.
• Advocate for client access to vital resources.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active Iowa LICSW license.
• Previous nonprofit experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
