Full-Time LICSW – Issaquah, Washington

We are actively seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to join our team in Washington. As an LICSW, your role will be pivotal in providing high-quality mental health services and supporting individuals and families through effective treatment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out comprehensive clinical assessments and designing individualized treatment strategies.
• Working with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to promote professional growth and improve care outcomes.
• Offering education to clients and families about mental health, treatment options, and community support services.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research and implementing findings in practice.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LICSW license in Washington state.
• Two or more years of clinical psychotherapy experience.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy methods.
