Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs)

Our team is looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Mercer Island, Washington who are committed to providing outstanding mental health care. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals to work in a dynamic setting focused on delivering impactful care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participating in case reviews and consultations to improve treatment quality.
• Providing patients and families with information on mental health resources, treatment options, and support networks.
• Keeping up-to-date with mental health research to enhance treatment approaches.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Washington state.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
