Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Opportunity

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.
• Participating in case discussions and peer reviews to maintain high care standards.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health, available treatments, and community resources.
• Staying current on mental health research and incorporating new findings into treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LICSW license in Washington state.
• At least two years of experience in psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy approaches.
