Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

Are you a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington with a passion for serving others and advocating for meaningful, lasting change? Are you ready to practice in a way that honors your clinical training, values, and personal wellbeing—without compromising on flexibility or connection?

As a Remote LICSW, you’ll deliver individual therapy to clients across Washington using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. You’ll bring your unique lens as a social worker—bridging evidence-based mental health care with systemic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and cultural humility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy via telehealth
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create strength-based treatment plans
• Support clients navigating trauma, life transitions, mood disorders, grief, identity exploration, and more
• Maintain timely documentation in an intuitive EHR system
• Participate in peer consultation and ongoing clinical dialogue
• Optional: Provide supervision or mentorship for associate-level clinicians

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada (or license-eligible)
• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
• A trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to care
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and emotional intelligence
• Passion for serving diverse populations and addressing systemic barriers to care
• Experience in outpatient, community-based, or integrated care settings preferred
