Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Remote Full-time Opportunity

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions for groups and individuals
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with a remote team to ensure comprehensive support
• Keep detailed and confidential clinical records

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LICSW licensure in Massachusetts
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluations and care coordination
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practices
