Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in Urbandale, Iowa

Position: Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, including full benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Offer counseling and therapy to navigate personal and emotional challenges.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Advocate for client well-being by providing access to essential resources.
• Ensure precise documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW licensure within the state of practice.
• Prior experience in nonprofit or community-based work is a plus.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and available community resources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
