Position: Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, including full benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective treatment plans.
- Offer therapy and counseling tailored to individual client needs.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
- Advocate for clients by linking them with necessary resources and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active state licensure as an LICSW.
- Background in nonprofit or community-based care is beneficial.
- Expertise in trauma-informed care, advocacy, and client resource navigation.
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational abilities.
