Telehealth Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-Time in Kennewick, Washington
Provide essential mental health therapy remotely to clients across Washington. This position allows you to work full-time from home while collaborating with a remote team to improve client well-being. Enjoy a supportive work environment focused on ethical, client-focused treatment.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range:
$100,000 to $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy for individuals and groups
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a remote team to achieve client success
- Ensure compliance in all documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LICSW license in Washington
- Minimum two years post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong skills in clinical assessment and treatment planning
- Ethical and culturally competent approach
