About the position:

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for empowering individuals, families, and communities? Do you thrive in environments where you can build deep therapeutic relationships and contribute to something bigger than yourself? If so, our well-established outpatient behavioral health clinic in Washington invites you to bring your expertise, heart, and commitment to care to our dedicated team.

As an LCSW in our outpatient clinic, you’ll provide clinical services to a diverse caseload of individuals, families, and groups. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support: you’ll manage your schedule while being fully backed by a collegial team and experienced leadership. There’s also room to grow — whether that’s specializing in a specific population, offering clinical supervision, or helping expand programs through outreach or innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide outpatient therapy services to clients using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, or trauma-focused interventions.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Maintain clinical documentation that meets ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate care with local providers, schools, courts, and social service agencies as needed.
  • Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education.
  • Optional: Facilitate groups or provide community education/outreach if interested.

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current LCSW license in the state of Washington(or eligibility to obtain within 3–6 months).
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and a trauma-informed perspective.
  • Experience with rural populations, substance use, or crisis intervention is a plus.
  • A passion for social justice, accessibility, and whole-person care.

What We Offer:

  • Highly competitive salary or fee-for-service structure
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • CEU stipend and paid training opportunities
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Supervision (if needed) and strong peer support
  • Relocation support for out-of-state applicants

Let’s do impactful work — together — in the heart of Washington.
