Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to a diverse population
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LICSW license in the state of Washington
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, inclusive care
• Comfortable with EMR systems and, if remote, telehealth platforms
