Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Tacoma, WA

Job Summary:
We are actively hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) across Washington to deliver client-centered therapy in a structured outpatient environment. This role offers the opportunity to address a wide range of mental health needs by using evidence-based approaches, collaborating with other clinicians, and supporting individuals through ongoing therapeutic relationships. The ideal candidate is committed to improving behavioral health outcomes through ethical, goal-oriented care.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform individualized assessments and create goal-oriented treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver integrated services
• Educate clients and families on treatment options and available supports
• Participate in peer consultation and training initiatives
• Apply evidence-based practices to support long-term client progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active LICSW license in Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience
• Proficiency in solution-focused and brief intervention techniques
