Job Summary:
We’re looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) throughout Washington to join a dynamic care team delivering outpatient mental health services. This full-time position is ideal for clinicians who are skilled in therapy, assessments, and care coordination. You’ll work closely with clients facing emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges and have the autonomy to tailor treatment plans that promote recovery and stability.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement client-specific treatment plans
- Collaborate with care providers, families, and support systems
- Facilitate referrals and assist in navigation of community resources
- Document clinical services according to professional standards
Qualifications:
- MSW from an accredited program
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical psychotherapy experience
- Background in cognitive-behavioral and brief solution-focused therapy preferred
