Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are hiring full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Mount Vernon, Washington who can provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care to diverse populations in an outpatient setting. This position involves working with adults and families managing mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. You'll play a central role in the therapeutic process—from assessment to treatment and ongoing care.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Deliver ongoing individual, family, or group therapy
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews
- Educate clients on strategies for emotional resilience and recovery
- Keep accurate records in compliance with clinical standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LICSW license in Washington
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in therapy
- Strong foundation in outcome-based and client-driven care
