Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Camas, WA
Job Summary:
We are seeking full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to provide direct therapeutic services in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Based in Washington, this role focuses on individualized therapy and care coordination for clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. You will work independently and as part of a treatment team to support recovery through structured, evidence-based interventions.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy using solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral methods
- Perform clinical assessments and update treatment plans as needed
- Support clients in navigating community and clinical resources
- Document progress and maintain records in line with professional standards
- Contribute to staff development and consultation meetings
Qualifications:
- MSW degree from an accredited program
- Current LICSW license in Washington
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Skilled in evidence-informed care planning and documentation
