Full-Time LICSW
Job Summary:
We are looking for full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to join an established outpatient program in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you’ll work with adult and family populations to assess mental health needs, deliver personalized therapy, and support overall well-being. You'll have the chance to collaborate with other professionals, contribute to treatment planning, and see measurable progress in your clients’ journeys.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually + full benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support teams
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and caregivers
- Engage in clinical trainings and peer review
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work
- Active LICSW license in Washington
- Two or more years of direct therapy experience
- Proficiency with solution-focused and strengths-based therapy
