Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Job Summary:
We are actively looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Marysville, Washington to deliver outpatient behavioral health services. This role involves individualized care planning, client education, and clinical coordination in a structured setting. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and ready to contribute to a collaborative mental health team.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and implement treatment strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and specialists
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Document progress, maintain records, and track client goals
- Attend case reviews and participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
- MSW degree with an active LICSW license in Washington
- At least 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
