Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Full-Time LICSW
Job Summary:
We are hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to join a structured outpatient mental health team in Maple Valley, Washington. This role is ideal for clinicians who value a steady schedule, coordinated care, and goal-driven outcomes. You’ll play a vital role in delivering therapy, supporting clients, and maintaining clinical excellence.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 per year + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver therapy using brief and structured modalities
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to manage care
- Maintain clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Engage in regular clinical training and review sessions
Qualifications:
- MSW and current LICSW license in Washington
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy techniques
