Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency guidelines.
• Advocate for client needs and connect them with community resources.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts (required).
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical skills with a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
