Location: Forest Lake, Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. In this role, you will provide therapy and clinical services to individuals, families, and groups. We offer flexibility in scheduling and work location—including on-site, hybrid, or fully remote options.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health counseling to clients across a range of diagnoses and ages
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Participate in clinical supervision, training, and team development

Ideal Candidate:

• Active LICSW license in the state of Minnesota
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth technology (for remote work)
