Job Title: Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Minnesota
Location: Alexandria, Minnesota
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Position Summary:
We are hiring a Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to deliver virtual therapy services to a diverse client population. What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual individual, group, and family therapy
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a secure EHR system
- Coordinate with other care providers as needed
- Participate in virtual team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education
What You Bring:
- Active LICSW license in the state of Minnesota
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication, time-management, and self-direction skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital record systems
