About the Role:

We are actively seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our collaborative, supportive, and purpose-driven team. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to create meaningful change.

As an LISW, you’ll deliver individual therapy to clients across Washington using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. You’ll bring your unique lens as a social worker—bridging evidence-based mental health care with systemic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and cultural humility.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient setting (in-person and/or telehealth)
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create person-centered, strength-based treatment plans
  • Address trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief, life transitions, and other psychosocial challenges
  • Coordinate care with medical providers, schools, community agencies, and other support systems
  • Advocate for clients across systems while promoting autonomy and empowerment
  • Maintain timely, ethical, and compliant documentation using our integrated EHR system
  • Participate in clinical consultation, peer support, and ongoing professional development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active LISW license in the state of Iowa (Required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
  • A minimum of two years post-MSW clinical experience
  • Experience working in outpatient, community, or trauma-focused care is preferred
  • Cultural competence and a strong understanding of social determinants of health
  • A desire to work collaboratively and grow within a supportive clinical team

Benefits We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation (salary or fee-for-service models)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for W-2 employees
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible scheduling
  • CEU and licensure support, including reimbursement and training
  • Clinical supervision and leadership pathways
  • A deeply inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed team culture
  • Hybrid work options — design a schedule that fits your life

If you're a licensed social worker who’s ready to deepen your impact and thrive in a supportive clinical environment, we’d love to connect.
