Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you’ll be responsible for providing individualized therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a collaborative and client-centered environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, and you’ll play an essential role in promoting mental wellness within our community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Offer guidance and crisis intervention, while helping clients build coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure holistic, high-quality care for clients.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that adheres to agency and regulatory standards.
- Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to ensure continuous growth.
What You Bring:
- Active LICSW licensure in Minnesota (or licensure eligibility within 90 days).
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training are also encouraged to apply).
- Experience in providing trauma-informed care, with knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- A passion for working with diverse populations and maintaining cultural humility in clinical practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
