Location: Fort Dodge, Maryland
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Position Overview:
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), you will provide outpatient therapy and case management to a diverse population of clients dealing with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial challenges. This position offers the flexibility to work in-person, hybrid, or in a community-based setting, depending on client needs and your preferences.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Provide individual, group, couples, or family therapy
- Offer crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care planning
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and professional development activities
What You Bring:
- Active LISW license in the State of Iowa (required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical post-licensure experience preferred
- Strong understanding of DSM-5, ethical guidelines, and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive care
- Excellent organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems and, if hybrid, comfort with telehealth tools
