Location: Burlington, Maryland

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Overview:
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), you will provide outpatient therapy and case management to a diverse population of clients dealing with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial challenges. This position offers the flexibility to work in-person, hybrid, or in a community-based setting, depending on client needs and your preferences.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Provide individual, group, couples, or family therapy
  • Offer crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination as needed
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care planning
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and professional development activities

What You Bring:

  • Active LISW license in the State of Iowa (required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical post-licensure experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5, ethical guidelines, and evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive care
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and, if hybrid, comfort with telehealth tools
