Virtual LCSW Position – Full-Time Therapist Opportunity in Santa Clarita, California

We’re hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our remote therapy team. This position allows you to create a fulfilling practice while maintaining work-life balance. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

A Day in This Role:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and track client progress.
• Collaborate with other clinicians for well-rounded client care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• Minimum of two years of therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
