Work-From-Home LCSW – Full-Time Therapist Role in Huntington Beach, California

Join our virtual private practice and provide therapy services from the comfort of your home. We offer a structured yet flexible work environment, allowing you to focus on client care without administrative stress.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

• Offer one-on-one and couples therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve personal growth.
• Monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain documentation.
• Work closely with other clinicians to ensure well-rounded care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• Two or more years of clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and documentation.
