Full-Time LCSW – Remote Therapy Position in Sunnyvale, California

We’re looking for LCSWs to provide virtual therapy in a supportive and collaborative setting. Our practice removes administrative burdens so you can focus on what you do best—helping clients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold telehealth privacy standards.
• Work within a team to enhance client care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and telehealth skills.
