Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Remote Full-Time Position in Santa Clara, California

We’re a virtual mental health practice looking for LCSWs to join our team. This position provides the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working in a structured environment that prioritizes client care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy to a diverse range of clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals.
• Track progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Work alongside other clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• Two years or more of therapy experience.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
