Our healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will help patients overcome speech, language, and communication disorders. You'll work with patients of all ages, from children with developmental delays to adults recovering from strokes or other medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' speech and language abilities
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' communication skills
  • Use therapeutic techniques to help patients with speech and language disorders
  • Teach patients and their families how to improve communication at home
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patients' care
  • Monitor and record patients' progress
  • Provide education to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state license as a Speech Therapist
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Knowledge of relevant treatment techniques and therapeutic equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required

Salary and Compensation:

  • Our starting salary for Speech Therapists is $80,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based raises.
